The Rich and Kyla Wedding Video

Yet another wedding video. And this time it features Talk N’ Text forward player Rich Alvarez and Philippine’s RnB princess Kyla. The couple tied the knot last November 28 at Santuario de San Antonio in Makati City.

Rich and Kyla’s wedding concept was vintage glam and color motif was blush. Kyla’s wedding gown was created by her couturier friend Cocoy Lizaso.

Kyla’s hit single “Beautiful Days” was used in the wedding video. The said song was written by the RnB princess herself. And when asked if she wrote the song specifically for her wedding, Kyla answered no but she definitely did think about getting married when she wrote it.

Movie Night: Immortals

I love mythology. Whether it’s Greek, it’s Roman or it’s Egyptian, I really find it interesting. I’m easily engrossed  by the world of the gods and goddesses, of demigods and of pharaohs and magicians. And it’s really amazing how each culture may seem different but when you look at it closely you’ll see how connected and similar these cultures really are… So yeah before I completely lose my train of thought, if you haven’t seen the movie Immortals yet, stop reading now because I’ll surely spoil the movie to you.

The Jolina Magdangal and Mark Escueta Wedding Videos

I pretty much grew up seeing Jolina Magdangal on TV and hearing Rivermaya’s music (Mark Escueta’s band) in the radio. But I’m neither a  fan of Jolina nor Mark. I like them but I’m not crazy about them. Though I have to admit that when I was younger, I did succumb to Jolina’s quirky fashion craze. I remember dyeing my hair streaks of blue and owning several butterfly trinkets and accessories. Lol. Yes. Outlandish I know. But that’s what in then.

Anyway, so after being in a relationship for I think two years Mark and Jolina got married last November 19 and 21 (yes not only once but twice =D They must’ve really love each other!). Many were surprised because it has been kept from the public. But the couple made it up to everybody by having a special feature of their wedding on TV. I wasn’t able to see it though. I don’t think they’ve shown it on GMA Pinoy TV yet. But I was able to find their wedding AVP’s and you can watch them below. So yeah, enjoy and watch 🙂

Moves Like Jagger

Did you see? Did you see?  Did you see how hot and sexy… ADAM LEVINE was! OMG!!! And the song… Moves like Jagger was so awesome I had a euphoric eargasm!

Now, what angels are you talking about? No I didn’t see any sexy ladies in skimpy bikinis (or whatever you call it) prancing around the runway. And I didn’t see Miranda Kerr modeled her post-baby body in a $2.5M underwear while her gorgeous husband named Orlando Bloom looked so happy, so in love and so proud.  All I saw was Adam Levine…  And not Adam Levine’s 25-year-old girlfriend Anne Vyalitsyna whose legs goes on forever… I saw only Adam Levine… so hot… and so sexy… >:)

Lol. Okay. Pardon this useless post. I’m just prolly losing my mind because of the weather and the crazy wind outside.

The Vampire Diaries, Taken & Eclipse!

Part of my Black Friday haul! I did my shopping mostly online so I’m still waiting for my items to be shipped. Anyway, so yeah, I braved the crowd at Target on Black Friday to get these DVD’s. When I say crowd, I mean a really huge crowd! The line outside the store was really looooong. My mom almost backed out but me and my brother convinced her to stay because we’re already there so we might as well go. Heehee.  Anyway, we weren’t really after the $200 42″ flat screen TV’s, just the DVD’s for me and whatever my mom and brother fancies. 🙂

I was actually after The Vampire Diaries (Season 1 and Season 2) DVD’s plus that of Spartacus (Gods of the Arena and Blood and Sand). Sadly, I was only able to secure the former. All Spartacus DVD’s were wiped out so I just got some random movies from the rack. Aside from TVD, I also brought home Taken in Blu-Ray (I love Liam Neeson!) and Eclipse (I lost my copy so I bought a new one). I also bought my niece a Caillou DVD’s which she’s already watching so I wasn’t able to take pictures of it. As for my Mom and brother, my Mom brought home a rice cooker (Yes we’re Asians! And we eat rice. A lot! Lol) and several bath towels and my brother got himself a gaming chair. 🙂

So there goes my Black Friday, a bit exhausting (because there’s a line everywhere!) but all in all it was a fun experience and it’s good there were no injuries because from what I heard to my Dad, somewhere in LA, a woman pepper sprayed customers to get a hold of the door buster deals in Wal-Mart. Now, that is one competitive and crazy shopper!

Movie Night: Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1

First off,  if you haven’t seen Breaking Dawn Part 1 yet, I suggest you stop reading here because I’m pretty sure I’m going to say things that’ll surely spoil the movie for you. 🙂

Now this is not a movie review. This is just me sharing my thoughts on the said movie. You see I’m no critic and I’m far from being one. I don’t criticize because I tend to be biased. And so I rant instead. Besides, my criteria of a good movie is pretty simple. As long as the movie moved me in one way or another and it didn’t bore me to death then I like it. I’m really not difficult to please. I watch movies merely for the entertainment.

Snow White and the Hunstman

The first official trailer of Snow White and the Hunstman starring Kirsten Stewart (Snow White), Charlize Theron (Evil Queen), Chris Hemsworth (Hunstman) and Sam Claflin (Prince William).

This is an interesting  take to a classic fairy tale I so dearly loved. Darker and bloodier! =) And by just watching the trailer, I can personally say, Charlize Theron is an awesome Evil Queen! She pretty much aced her role! Can’t say the same with Kristen Stewart though. Heehee. I don’t know. I feel like the producers could’ve chosen a better actress to play the role of Snow White. Not that I undermine Kristen Stewart’s capabilities as an actress, but really it kinda looks to me that her facial expression remains the same regardless what emotions she’s trying to convey with the audience . What I mean is, her happy face is similar to her annoyed face or her angry face or her horny face so yeah, you pretty much get what I mean right? Plus she stammers. A lot! And that’s insanely annoying! =P

You Sneaky Moms and Dads!

Aww. Poor kids. They got robbed of their Holloween candies! Thanks to you, sneaky moms and dads! Heehee.

Now I would’ve done the same to my niece, only if she’s not two and she didn’t sneak off to bed and slept throughout  Halloween night! Heehee. Poor Auntie Di, she doesn’t have any candies to sneak. =P

The Hunger Games Official Trailer

This is it! The official trailer is out! Now if we could only make time go faster. March 23, 2012 seems so far away. Oh well, I know waiting sucks but there’s really nothing we can do but wait. So yeah, let the countdown begins! 130 days to go you guys! And when that day had finally arrived, Happy Hunger Games! May the odds be ever in your favor. 🙂
