Ashley Michelle Tisdale (born July 2, 1985) is an American actress and singer. After appearing in several television roles during the late 1990s and early 2000s, she became known to young audiences for playing Maddie Fitzpatrick on the Disney Channel Original Series The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and Sharpay Evans in the Disney Channel Original Movie High School Musical. Tisdale has also pursued a music career and released her debut album Headstrong on February 6, 2007. She also participated in High School Musical: The Concert and reprised her role as Sharpay Evans in High School Musical 2. She will also reprise her role as Sharpay in the sequel High School Musical 3. Tisdale is currently voicing Candace in the Disney Channel original series Phineas and Ferb.

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony’s twins were born

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are now the proud parents of a healthy baby girl and baby boy. J.Lo delivered their twins on Friday morning in Long Island, New York. Their baby girl was born first at 12:12am and weighed 5 lbs. 7 oz then followed by their baby boy at 12:23 a.m., who weighed 6 lbs.

Jennifer Lopez been married several times including to Fil-Am backup dancer Cris Judd, whom she met while filming her Love Don’t Cost a Thing video. As for Marc Anthony, he was previously married to former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres whom he had two children. And for those who do not know, Dayanara lived in the Philippines for five years and there she became a celebrity. She did several movies with well known Filipino actors, one of which is Aga Muhlach whom she had a 4-year long relationship.

Anyway, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony had been married for almost four years now. And the twins were Jennifer Lopez’s first children and the fourth and the fifth for Marc Anthony.

Philippine T.V. Ratings (Feb 19-21)

The Kapuso Network continues to dominate Mega Manila. The said network is firmly holding on the top 5 spots in the Philippine Television ratings chart leaving Team Kapamilya on the next half of the ratings chart.

Marian Rivera’s Marimar remains on top having garnered a 46% rating. Robin Padilla’s Joaquin Bordado came in second place, which by the way, had now reached for the first time the elusive 40-plus rating mark. As for other Kapuso shows, Kamandag, Coffee Prince and 24 Oras ranked 3rd, 4th and 5th respectively.

Kung Fu Kids regained it’s lead this time after Angel Locsin’s Lobo beat it on Monday night. Lobo is consistent in the 8th position while Jake Cuenca’s Palos plays on the 9th-10th position.

Aaron Carter faces jail in Texas

Aaron Carter wants Candy no more. Apparently it’s MJ he wants. *heh*

As reported by TMZ, Aaron Carter was detained in a jail on Texas due to possession of prohibited drugs. According to TMZ, he was first pulled over by the authorities due to speeding violation. But during the investigation, the police found marijuana in his possession.

Oh well, what else is new? I mean he wasn’t the first one who got caught with drugs and I believe a lot of stars are into this kind of “candies“. Lol. Even his ex-girlfriend, Lindsay Lohan, was once got caught with it too.

Jennylyn Mercado admits breakup with Patrick Garcia

Jennylyn Mercado confirms in an interview held at Hotel Rembrandt yesterday that she and boyfriend Patrick Garcia had ended their relationship. Reasons of  breakup? Patrick Garcia won’t commit his time to attend to the needs of  the very pregnant Jennylyn Mercado and the fact that Patrick Garcia doubts the father of her child.

Aww. Poor Jennylyn. I’m not a fan but my sympathy surely goes to her. I mean she’s the one bearing the child and the whole situation is just too much for her to handle. I guess, she’s better off without Patrick. He’s a wimp anyway. Lol

So does this mean will see more of her projecting in her birth suit? Lol. Anyway, looks like Lindsay Lohan is back on track. I mean she gets back to work now. Right? And I just hope her “soberness” continues this time.

I’ve read somewhere that Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson spent Valentine’s day together. And from what I’ve read, looks like Hermione had fallen deeply under Harry’s spell. Hmmm.

Well this is good news, Johnny Borrell, who was recently linked with Emma Watson, is completely out of the picture. And if you’ll ask me, I’d say Daniel and Emma look good together. *heh*

Splitville Alert: Pink & Carey Hart

People.com wrote today that pop star Pink and husband Carey Hart has ended their 2-year marriage. The two remain as good friends though.

Pink and Carey met in 2001 at a X Games event. They got married in Costa Rica on January 2006

Philippine T.V. Ratings (Feb 15-18)

The Kapuso Network remains unshakable on top of the t.v. rating race as their shows continue to dominate the top 5 positions of the rating chart. Marimar is still the number 1 most-watched primetime show in Mega-Manila while Joaquin Bordado had overtaken Kamandag a notch placing both GMA shows in the 2nd and 3rd spot respectively.

With the ABS-CBN Network, Angel Locsin’s Lobo is catching up and took over the 6th position on Monday night pushing the anime-like kiddie show Kung Fu Kids down a notch. As for KC Concepcion‘s highly publicized appearance in Maalaala Mo Kaya, her featured presentation didn’t return a record-breaking output but nevertheless it rated fairly.
