Dyesebel is still number 1 in Mega Manila households. Garnering a high rating of 41%, Dyesebel once again proves that she is indeed the most famous and most loved mermaid of the Philippines. =)

Next to Dyesebel in the rating race was Robin Padilla’s Joaquin Bordado which had its final episode last friday and it posted a 40.8% rating, .2 percent short to topple down Marian Rivera’s Dyesebel on the number 1 spot.

Robin Padilla’s next project for the Kapuso Network is another TV adaptation of Carlo J. Caparas’ komiks series entitled Totoy Bato and reportedly the Philippines’ Pambansang Kamao Manny “Pacman” Pacquio is being casted for Robin’s upcoming series. Oh well, let’s just wait and see.

Anyway, another teleserye which had its final airing last friday was Angel Locsin and Piolo Pascual’s Lobo. The said show had a rating of 24.4% grabing the 6th position on the ratings chart. And as for Angel Locsin, I’ve read that her next project for ABS-CBN is yet another localized version of the Mexican actress, Thalia hit drama series, Maria Mercedes. I don’t how true this news is, but if ever this project will be pushed through, then the rivalry between Angel Locsin and Marian Rivera is really on. I mean didn’t just Marian Rivera portrayed MariMar which happens to be Thalia’s drama series too? ^_^;
