Philippines’ original bad boy, Robin Padilla, returns on primetime television with GMA 7′s upcoming action-fantasy series Joaquin Bordado.

Based on Carlo J. Caparas’ graphic novel, Robin plays the role of Joaquin Bordado a man that possesses mystical powers as his tatoos, that resembles a rat, a snake, a kris, an amazon, a wild cat, a dragon, an eagle and a fiend, comes to life.

Casts of Joaquin Bordado includes, Iza Calzado, Eddie Garcia, Iwa Moto, Mark Herras and Ryza Cenon.

Jennylyn Mercado and Christine Reyes were originally casted for this series. But since news of Jennylyn’s untimely pregnancy came out, she was replaced by Ryza Cenon, while Christine who was having some issues with the network was quickly replaced by Iwa Moto.

Under the directions of Mac Alejandre and Argel Joseph, Joaquin Bordado will grace primetime television on February 11, 2008.
