Resident Evil: Extinction

Resident Evil: ExtinctionBefore you go on reading I just want to say that this is not a movie review. Because I, for sure, definitely suck at giving one. Lol. I am no critic at all and my attention to details is rather heedless. So if you’re looking for some comprehensive-kick-ass reviews of the movie, you can either go here or here — or if you want just Google it yourself. The selection is endless =)

Anyway, so yeah, Resident Evil: Extinction was fine. Visuals wise, I think it’s good. Oh, and I think that underground facility is cool. I mean a man-made structure down under is just amazing. It makes me wonder though if that’s really possible. Well, I guess it will be possible, when the need for underground facilities arises. I mean of course man will seek ways to make that happen especially if human survival is at stake. And well, enough of my nonsensical views because I honestly don’t know what I’m talking about. =p

So back to what I was saying, the movie’s visuals are pretty enticing. Also, the action and stunts were okay. Just that, I think the action is not that high compares to the previous installment (Apocalypse) of this game-inspired movie series. But of course the very main reason why I’d like to watch this film is because of kickass zombie terminator Alice which was played by the sexy and soon to be mom, Milla Jovovich — and gawd Milla Jovovich is love. Fiery and sexy in her Alice-costume. Hotness to the nth level. =)

Err… okay… Just to make things clear, I’m no lesbian. Well, because of what I said I prolly sounded like one. Lol. But that’s beside the point, I mean who could’ve portray the role of Alice other than Milla Jovovich? Nobody. Well of course, that’s just me talking out loud. You may or may not agree with me.

Overall I liked the movie though I felt like the movie was lacking some action. Well, I guess I expected more. But still the movie was okay and it’s nice to see Ali Larter and Ashanti as part of the cast. And Ashanti died. Oooops. Spoiler! Lol. Anyway, I didn’t know they’re part of the movie. So that explains why I thought ’twas nice to see them fighting the flesh-eater-zombies alongside with Alice.

And speaking of Ali Larter, Heroes is premiering tonight. Yayness! I’m excited!
